Event seating style will have round tables. [8 attendees per table]
There will be an assigned table for attendees.
At each session, we will assign them to a new table so that they meet with new people each time.
We will provide table discussions and activities.
Each sponsor will be the moderator for their assigned table and will be at the same table the entire 2 days. This way the sponsors will get to meet everyone in the audience.
We’ll give you the contact list of attendees.
We’re limiting up to 3 table sponsors per industry category.
We’re limiting ONLY 1 meal sponsor per industry category.
